Type One Glass Cleaners isn’t a big franchise with a rotating crew and a call center. It’s a local Denver business that I run and stand behind personally — and every window we clean gets treated that way.

I started Type One with a simple idea: do fewer things, and do them really well. Plenty of companies will take on anything and everything, spread themselves thin, and leave you with a rushed job and streaky glass. That’s not how I work. I keep the service list focused — window cleaning, tracks, glass doors, storefronts — so that every job gets real attention instead of being squeezed in between ten others.

When you reach out, you get a straight answer from someone who actually shows up and does the work. No phone trees, no upsells, no surprises on the invoice. If your windows aren’t right when I’m finished, I make them right before I leave. Clean, streak-free glass is the entire point — and I don’t consider a job done until it’s there.
